Shipping policy

Australia Wide Postage

Standard delivery by Australia Post at the rate of $10, and Express Shipping rate of $15.

Bulky items may be charged at a higher rate depending on weight/size.

Shipping costs will not be covered for exchanges of change of mind or wrong size items. Shipping costs will be covered if the items are recognized as faulty. Shipping costs are non - refundable. 

Studio Pickup

Studio Pickup is available from Lil Sew 'n' Sews Handmade Studio, from 12 Trade Wind Drive, Tanby Heights QLD 4703. Please have your order number and ID available with you upon collection. In-Store orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 days depending on the item/s. 

Home Delivery

Currently we do not offer home delivery within the Yeppoon & Surrounding areas. Please utilize our Studio Pickup option. 

International Shipping

International Shipping is currently unavailable online. Please contact us via lilsewnsews@bigpond.com to inquire or arrange a quote for delivery. Please include your Country, State and Postcode.

Pre- Order

Pre-Order items may take between 4 to 8 weeks to be delivered depending on demand and delivery dates/delays. 

If you place a mixed order containing Pre-Order and also retail items they will all be sent together in one order unless otherwise arranged through email, Facebook, or Instagram. Email us at lilsewnsews@bigpond.com if you would like to arrange two shipments. (At cost to the customer).
